Hey. Welcome to Song Of The Day, wherein I’ll be posting whatever song I may have stuck in my head that day, or otherwise music I simply find to be nice. As of now it’s my intention to do this regularly, if not daily. Ok, probably not daily. Definitely not, actually. This may be the only one.

Anyway, I’ll start this thing off with a little ditty I’ve always held a deep fondness for, dating way, waaay back to my teenage years in the early aughts.

Originally written by Stephen Stills and released on Buffalo Springfield’s eponymous debut, Sit Down I Think I Love You isn’t the most remembered of their songs from that era, for whatever that’s worth. It’ll still play on your Beatles station on Pandora or Slacker, but otherwise most millennials won’t have heard this tune, unlike your typical Penny Lane or Good Vibrations. It’s not the most profound love song out there, but it certainly gives me excitations and will always be one of my favorites. So here ya go.
